Our build of TiviMate with the server already filled in. You only type your username and password.
- Install the free Downloader app from your device's app store.
- Enter code XXXXXXX and install.
- Open TiviMate, choose the server from the list and sign in with your TV login.
Already have TiviMate? Uninstall it first. Its saved settings will be removed, so keep your login handy.

How many connections do you need?
One connection is one device watching live TV at a time. Count the screens that are on at the same moment, not the devices you own.

What counts as a connection?
One connection is one device playing live TV at a time. Your TV, phone and tablet can all be signed in, but only as many can play at once as you have connections. If you start one more, it won't play until another device stops. Movies and series on Streaming Lite or Premium count their own screens separately.

Which devices and apps work?
Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV devices work best with our preconfigured TiviMate build. IPTV Smarters runs on phones, tablets and many smart TVs. Anything that accepts an M3U playlist or an Xtream Codes login works too. Our setup guides go through each one.
How do catch-up and the TV guide work?
The TV guide shows what's on now and next for every channel that publishes a schedule. On channels with catch-up you can go back up to X days and play a programme you missed, straight from the guide in TiviMate or Smarters.
Are PPV events included?
Where the line-up includes them, PPV fights and events appear as channels while they air. Which events are covered is still being confirmed with our TV provider.
Is my TV login the same as my streaming login?
No. Paragon TV has its own username and password for TV apps, and your movie and series plan has its own for Emby or Jellyfin. That stays true in a bundle: one bill, two logins. Both are on your service page in your account.
Can I add connections later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account whenever you need more screens. Your TV login and renewal date stay the same.
A channel isn't working. What do I do?
Try another channel first, then restart the app. If it's still down, open a support ticket from your account with the channel name and the app you use. We reply usually within 12 hours.
